This investment programme was launched at a very private conference on 26 April at the prestigious Golf d'Hulencourt.
NovEtA III Europe has the same characteristics as the first two vintages, but it has a distinctive feature.
This hybrid solution between Search Fund and Private Equity can be acquired through traditional onboarding, but also through an insurance contract. In fact, we have the privilege of having been chosen by the insurance company Vitis Life to be included in one of their dedicated internal funds.
The fund's co-investors will therefore be able, if they wish, to participate in this third vintage via a life insurance policy.
